The staff of Hair By Robotics were honest, friendly, and , most importantly, attentive to my needs as a patient. They told me everything that would happen and what to expect in the coming months. Dr. Matthys is great with Botox injections. I have seen Dr. Menser, as well, and they are both very thorough with their skin exams and providing information.
